Claudia Bot Builder 2.4.0 (now on NPM) allows you to create GroupMe chat bots. Just deploy the bot with
--configure-groupme-bot and the builder will help you configure the integration. For more information, check out Getting started with GroupMe in the Bot Builder Github repository.
